When a customer enters your restaurant, the first people that they will meet is your staff. Your staff are the restaurant’s face, voice, attitude and everything else in between. If your staff are just mediocre, then your restaurant will be the same. Ensure that you interview them efficiently and that you hire based on their appropriate qualities.
2. Show Appreciation
A great element of customer service is showing your appreciation towards the community and your customers.
